Custom Japanese Knife Handle (Wa Handle) -Brazilian Ebony and Yucatán Rosewood

This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.

The body is made with Brazilian Ebony (not a true ebony) and Honduran Rosewood.

Medium sized, it is suited for a 165-210 Japanese knives. 

Weight: 54g, Length: 128.0mm (5.1")

Handle is sanded to 800 grit then coated in 5-6 coats of sealer for longer protection.

Care :

• Hand wash with soapy water and towel dry.
• Do not put in dishwasher or soak in water for long periods of time.
• Oil on a fairly regular basis, nor sand with 0000 steel wool and reapply a sealer such as tru-oil as needed.
