Fiesta Ranchero Dip Mix

Just the right amount of spice gives this dip a little zip!  Perfect with crackers, tortilla chips or to add a little zip to tacos. Also makes a great hummus!

Hummus Recipe 

Ingredients:

1 pkg Fiesta Ranchero Dip Mix

1 15oz can chickpeas, drained (reserve ¼ cup of liquid)

2 TBSP Olive Oil

3 TBSP lemon juice

1 tbsp Tahini (optional)

Directions: Combine all ingredients, including reserved liquid, in food processor and blend until smooth. Serve! Tip:Drizzle with additional Olive Oil before serving.  Serve with toasted pita bread, veggies or crackers.
