43753 15" Dough Whisk

This dough whisk is perfect for mixing heavy doughs as well as lighter, quick-bread batters with less sticking and clogging than a spoon or regular wire whisk.  It features a unique flow-through design which allows set and dry ingredients to pass through and incorporate more quickly and thoroughly.  It is made of 18/8 stainless steel with a sturdy beechwood handle.  You will find it useful for mixing quick breads, yeast doughs, pancakes, waffles, muffins, biscuits, even mixing fruit pie fillings.  

To clean, run the wires under hot water immediately after use or hand wash in warm, soapy water.
