• HIC Bar's Wooden Muddler mashes and crushes fruits, spices and herbs to infuse flavors, aromas and essential oils into favorite beverages
• Made from beechwood local to Czech Republic; strong, durable, replenishable; won't scratch surfaces; measures 8.75 x 1.25-inches
• Textured end extrudes juice from firmer fruit, like cherries and citrus; smooth end gently releases essential oils from herbs without them tearing
• Muddle mint for mojitos and Mint Juleps, sugarcane syrup for Caipirinhas, a bitter and sugar cube for an Old Fashioned, and limes for Sazerac for Bsame
• Hand wash only; may be scrubbed with a gentle brush and mild soap; occasionally coat with mineral oil to keep wood looking its best
